How lucky are people in Schoeneberg that they have two cafes like Savo and Golzo on the same street serving the best coffee this side of Berlin. Golzo really specialises in very good coffee, very good pastries and a small food menu that mostly comprises of soups and sandwiches. When you order coffee, they offer you a choice... strong or mild. Both are so smooth and always served with a smile. They also have Wifi here and a bookshelf with great art books to peruse while you sip their fine beverages. The deco here is quite modern but very comfortable. It only opens here til 6pm but definitely worth the trip. A nice local coffee shop.

Wow, the strong coffee is very STRONG! Tasty, but I might go for a mild one the next time!
yes, the coffee is good, but I went there today and ordered a scrambled egg and a cappuccino and the service was very bad. After ordering I waited about half an hour, then I got up and asked the girl if she had forgotten my cappuccino and she said she was waiting for the scrambled egg to serve the two things together... strange! Then I got an omelet instead of thescrambled egg with untoasted toast with no butter and no knife. When I asked for both the girl seemed really stressed although there were not many customers in the place. I think I'll stick with just coffee next time.
Yes this can be a problem with some of the smaller cafes around, they get stressed out too easily when a few people come in. I would stick with ordering just coffee here and maybe a cake as they are both brilliant. Some cafes you eat at and some you just have coffee, thats life.
